Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-2 business days from day order is placed for items to leave warehouse plus shipping time.

Please note business days are Monday-Friday GMT +8 and exclude federal holidays within Malaysia.

Orders placed on Friday after 5:00pm GMT +8 will ship the following Monday.

2-Day and overnight deliveries can only be delivered Monday-Friday. Expedited shipping is not eligible for weekend delivery.

We recommend DHL, FEDEX, POS Malaysia and ARAMEX for worldwide shipping.The lead times are as follow:

Middle East 3-5 Days
Europe 3-6 Days
USA 4-6 Days
Africa 5-7 Days
Asia 3-5 Days
South America 5-7 Days

The shipment takes 10-25 days to arrive according on selected courier company shipping policies.

  • The tracking number will be provided to customer after puchase via Email.
  • For International Order.

    Medusa Juice will not responsible for paying additional charges for custom clearance. Each country has difference policy and how they would determine on additional custom clearance.

    Because we’re a registered business in our origin, we could not lower down the value to avoid customs fees. For shipping outside of MY, tax/customs charges/import duties will be levied by the client’s local government hence all additional taxes or customs clearance is the responsibility by the customer. This fees is separate from the shipping cost

    Apart from taxes of import duties, any other action/requirement done by respective country’s custom for clearance; is the responsibility by the customer to check. We shall not take any responsibility and we are not liable for any damage caused.

    Return and Refund Policies

    We only refund if there is technical error on our online store during your purchase or if you received wrong item. If that’s the case please write to us to hello@medusajuiceco.com.

    If you mistakenly purchase the wrong product, or not 100% satisfied with the product, the refund policy would NOT cover that.

    Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers your refund will be processed and a credit to the original method of payment or store credit will be applied within 30 days.

    If you received wrong specification of product, email our customer service at hello@medusajuiceco.com and please arrange for the return of the item (we will reimburse you). When we receive and inspect the parcel, we will confirm this via email.

    The reimbursement will be credited to the payment method used within 2-10 days after the confirmation email has been sent. After that we will immediately ship the new juice to you.

    Please make sure:

    • You have the original purchase invoice with you.
    • The items have not been used or opened and are in the original state.
    • You attach the return shipping invoice so we can arrange the reimbursement.
    • You return the item within 30 days of the original purchase date.
